Terms and Conditions Agree Policy Ziena Service These Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy together form the Return Policy *The Agreement* This agreement was made and entered into by and between Efadah Human Resources Company, as a first party, and any individual citizen or resident over the legal age of 18 years, hereinafter referred to as the client. The client (the second party) is defined as the person who created or made the request (through Ziena service App, website, phone call, or any communication channels). 1. Payment: The second party must pay the total value in advance. 2. Handover: The female worker shall be handed over to the female over the legal age of 18 years (housewife only). The housewife must sign the receipt and leave form, evaluate the worker, and be at home throughout the service period at each visit. The worker shall not be handed over unless there is a woman in the house. In the absence of a woman, the visit is considered valid and the visit will not be compensated. 3. The Visit: The duration of the visit is four hours. The distribution time is in the morning period shall be from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and the service continues for four hours after the client receives the worker. The distribution time is the evening period shall be from 16:00 pm to 18:00 pm, and the service continues for four hours from the time the client receives the worker. Five 5 minutes before the arrival of the worker to the client, the client shall be notified of the arrival by text message. Upon arrival, the client is contacted to receive. The Service: Efadah Human Resources Company (Ziena Service) provides hourly household cleaning, so that the service provider will do the tasks assigned to the nature of the work, which is a house cleaning service only for families. In addition, the female worker is not obligated to wash the courtyard of the house (the yard), carry heavy things, climb high places, or work outside the nature of her work, such as doing massages, gardening and other works outside the nature of work and this is not considered a rejection of work. It is forbidden to accompany the service provider - the worker - outside the house. 5. Wrong Address: If the client booked a visit at a wrong address and the service was performed on the same site, the visit is considered complete and the amount of the visit shall not be refunded. 6. Change and Postponement Policy: • After booking, the client is not entitled to change the period or nationality. • If a worker change is requested, the company will change her based on your assessment of her starting from the next visit. • If the client wants to postpone the visit, he is entitled to postpone the visit only once for the contract whose visits exceed more than a month. It must be notified at least 24 hours in advance, or if the reason is due to the first party, the second party will be compensated for the visit according to the available nationality. The company is not obligated to provide a specific worker for all visits if the client contract is for more than one visit, with a request to assign a specific worker and refusal to receive a replacement worker, the visit is considered valid. 7. Termination of the Contract: The client has the right to terminate the contract without paying the termination fee, if the termination request was made 24 hours before the first visit. When canceling a visit within 24 hours from the start date of the visit, a termination fee of up to 100% of the visit amount, including taxes, shall apply. 8. Rescheduling Visits: The second party has the right to reschedule the visits 24 hours before the start of the visit, but after 24 hours, the termination fees shall apply. 9.
